- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I wanted to refund my ticket master insurance - which i was wrongly charged for in the first place - when i finally got through to someone, after being on hold for a very long time and emailing about 5 times to a email address that i had been given that didn't even work. - ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I had car insurance for £280 with Allianz which they quoted renewal at £682 one year later for the same car. I phoned, was told the premium was non-negotiable. So I cancelled and reinsured with the Coop for £340. Meanwhile they took the £682 from my card anyway and doubtless i will have a prolonged battle to get it refunded.
