- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪There is a massive problem getting through to the surgery on the phone. Issues that could be resolved without an appointment necessitate the on line booking of an appointment simply to ask a question. I have been on hold for over 30 minutes on 3 separate occasions and then gave up.
