- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Absolutely disgusting! All you ever get told on a daily basis is ring back at 8am the next day. There's only one receptionist who is helpful. My son desperately needs 10 minutes of a doctors time. I've been trying to get a letter for him for almost two weeks. I've not even managed to get past the rude reception staff! HOW ON EARTH THIS SURGERY IS OPEN IS BEYOND ME!!! They fail to meet the basic standards. They have a legal duty of care which has never been adhered to. Once you see a doctor things are done as the doctors do what they're supposed to. The problem is the reception staff are not allowed to so much as request a doctors attention (FOR A CHILD). All my son needs is a letter. It's not a huge ask. They continuously refuse!!! Without this letter his health issues will not be met. I STRONGLY ADVISE EVERYONE NOT TO JOIN THIS PRACTICE. Medical practice my foot!!!! You'll keel over before seeing an actual doctor. The worse thing is your health is in the hands of these people. My child's health is in their hands. - ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Changed my rating from 5 to 3 star. Almost impossible to book a appointment in advance. Phoned up a couple of weeks ago to get seen as soon as possible. Told that for the next two weeks only daily appointments were available. So I phoned as requested only to be told all that was on offer was a phone back . Not acceptable.
