I just called today as the Citizens Advice Haringey leaflet said 'Open between 2-3pm) when I called at 2pm, the automated service said, closed for Lunch between 1-2.30pm, so I called again at 2.31pm, only to hear another automated message: We are closed for Staff training until 3.30pm...
