  The entrance (sliding glass doors) is always dirty, that's not how you welcome your clients and expect them to pay so much money for the membership. Also, as you go up the stairs, all the glass on the side needs a good clean too. Very poor cleaning standards. I wonder where else the management is saving the cost, as the hygiene is definitely not the number one priority in that gym.

  Before Nuffield took over this gym it was busy and had atmosphere. Since the takeover Nuffield have managed to suck the life out of it. I do find the staff pleasant and friendly but they have introduced a one towel policy under the guise of being friendly to the environment. We know it`s just to reduce their laundry costs. The towel they give you is to small to dry yourself properly after showering. I know long term members who have left the club after Nuffield`s refusal to give them two towels. It`s ridiculous they would let that happen and is a talking point between members on the gym floor. If Nuffield is so concerned about the environment they`d stop selling meat products in their cafes but they won`t because they don`t. Nuffield be careful, you`ll have a reduced laundry bill but only because you won`t have any members.
