- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪This is by far probably the worst managed and run gym I have come across, as a previous member of virgin, fitness first, gymbox and crossfit. Total waste of your time, claiming results and MOT's which are just a way to get PT sign ups. I made a complaint as I had only requested to renew for a month membership and the staff member who renewed it was incompetent enough to not fill in a cancellation form instantly, meaning that direct debit came out and I was unaware and not using the gym. When I tried to inquire I received no response from 'Ife Awosika' and when I went in the gym he was totally dismissive and abrupt. On further escalating this to deputy manager 'Jay Ali' who was also dismissive and simply said 'do what you can'! And when they clearly right in their email: "Thank you for contacting us. We take all complaints seriously, and will be in contact with you regarding your complaint within two working days. It took 6 weeks to clarify this. Unbelievable in this day and age that this unprofessionalism is displayed in an allegedly 'reputable' establishment! Advice DO NOT JOIN!!by Osama MoussaJune 11, 2017
