  Nurses are very attentive, nice and helpful. There was no problem finding a time and date for an appointment that suited me perfectly. Vet herself is a charming lady with obvious affection for animals. My pet wasn't afraid at all, even though the surrounding was new for her. I was given all the details concerning my pet in a simple, understandable way. Prices are very attractive. It was clear to me that people working there love what they are doing which makes both me and my pet fully satisfied.

  I like this practice. The staff are attentive and care about you. There is parking outside. They have one regular vet and additional floater vets to cover the main vet's days off. Both regular vets I have seen there have been absolutely fantastic. The nurses are also lovely. I would not hesitate to recommend this practice to anyone nearby. They are in close contact with the 24 hour hospital at Hendon and communicated throughout my cat's recent hospitalisations. The vet was even able to schedule a visit to see my cat at the hospital, but I was able to bring her home before this was necessary. The waiting room has two areas (for cats and dogs) separated by a divider. The consultation room is not huge but a good size. All medication I have ever needed has been easily available. They are also quick at ordering in prescription food. There is a downstairs where animals have operations and are kept for recovery.
