- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I have been registered at the Jenner for many years, and it's one of the best health centres I've ever used. The receptionists are always helpful and most of the GPs are caring, approachable and will take the time to listen to and respond to my health queries. Its not always easy getting an appointment but that isn't the fault of the practice itself, but a consequence of a large local population, cut-backs etc. The staff do the best they can with limited resources. When I had a problem with a particular staff member, that left me feeling very upset, I reported it, and it was dealt with very quickly and to my satisfaction. i think some patients who leave poor reviews just don't appreciate the difficult circumstances that the staff have to work under.by Cecily JONESMarch 25, 2017
