  Jo Davies at the concierge is one of the most helpful staff members, overall hospital is well equiped, cafeteria serves lunch dinner at very reasonable prices

  The staff was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. The physician staff, anesthesiologist and plastic surgeon communicated all steps along the way and ensured I had understanding of what was happening and felt comfortable. After the surgery, the staff in the outpatient wing of St. Clare's checked on me regularly and provided all of the support I needed. I come from the states and was unsure what to expect. I have been impressed by the level of service I received here. The only recommendation for improvement would be a better description of after care and expectations. Perhaps I received one just prior to the anesthesia, but I could not remember the details and had to reach out and call later.

  Would give a zero if I could. Staff patronising and disrespectful. The only saving grace was a great surgeon. Only went to this hospital as he was there. The surgeon was great but it goes down hill after that. As a private hospital you could do better on the NHS. Don't waste your money, awful! From a badly organised shambles checking in, to getting my name wrong was bad enough. But to be given too much pain meds was unforgiving. It was only my challenging it that picked up the error. I was told, sorry I mis read the doctors instructions?, If nurses can't even get medicine right, how can you trust them to do anything else? And their response was do flippant they didn't even get the seriousness of their actions. Call themselves professional? Rather a disgrace to the medical community! Avoid like the plague
