  I have been let down by the NHS, and tried to find a private psychiatrist locally to where I live, but they were too expensive (at least £250-£350 per visit). I had seen in the newspapers, about new Polish run clinics (medical and dental) in London, becoming very popular with British patients, so I searched on Google, to see if any had a psychiatry service. I'm so glad I found out about Green Surgery, at Greenwich. The Psychiatry doctor is amazing (very understanding and helpful). The service is incredibly affordable (at £85 per session, as of September 2016). The clinic is very nice, modern, comfortable and clean. I found the receptionists to be very friendly, helpful and polite. I highly recommend this doctor and clinic! Very happy and grateful.

  I was told by my doctor to go to the dentist to get a lump in my gums checked out. I went Green Surgery on the sole purpose of getting the lump checked out. Ended up paying £100 for a filling (which was done wrong and was uneven!) the dentist insisted I needed even though I didn't want to as I felt no pain and had gotten a filling in that tooth before. She didn't even know what the lump was! She kept ignoring it when I mentioned it and eventually she gave me a referral for an xray on it- don't see why she couldn't do it there and then! Besides this the dentist and receptionist were really rude to me. The dentist even asked me why I chose this dentist surgery and waffled on about it being run by Polish staff. This made me feel very awkward.

  Extremely upset! This clinic does not know how to serve people! Dentist should be avoided! I have complained to the manager of the clinic, who shouted and hang up on me. Again, sad and upsetting.

  they don't care about anything.i've booked an appointment for saturday and they sent me a message Friday morning "contact us because we have to cancel your visit".(quite strange message...)I was like what a f..???it's urgent thing for me!!why you cancelled my visit?what's the reason?!!is the doctor ill or what?the answer was: unfortunately he won't come tomorrow.yeap,that was the explanation.
