- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I've only just registered at this practice, and so far my experience has been poor. My first phone call to ask a quick question about registration was met with rudeness from the woman I spoke to. I went in with my registration forms and all seemed to be fine including registering to book appointments online, and the last thing the receptionist said to me was "You can book appointments starting tomorrow". Today I went to book an appointment online to discover I was meant to be given a form with login details, so I called the surgery to ask if I was meant to have gotten this and if I could get the info I needed to book online. I was apparently passed to the woman I'd registered with in person the night before who was rude, and then told me I was given the wrong information when I explained I was told i could book appointments from today....even though she's the one who gave me that information. Really hope this was just a one off bad experience and not how it will be going forward.by Laura PederssonMay 02, 2017
