- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Diabolical operational management. Complete utter shambles. 6 clinics being run on same day, 20jan17, when told would be seen soon. Operation Mgr should go back to college. Staff were very level headed and kind though .Senior Management need to be replaced. Arrived to be directed on the ground floor, then told by the receptionist there i need to go to the 2nd floor, then told by the receptionist there to go to the LG floor. Complete Joke.
