- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Appointment 1 in the middle of March. If you late for appointment 10 minutes,don't excuse because this gp will not accept you anyway. I Get another appointment same day later, after saying that i was in hospital few times before and i am feeling very bad. Receptionist need to improve manners . Appointment 2 : The lady at reception start at attacked me straight , after i have looked by accident at the screen of PC , where she was looking for my details. She said don't look at the screen , here is personal details. I have looked on to screen for 2 seconds by accident and she get rude to me. I think people who get paid by NHS should not be like that. She should not talk to me in this way. I was really bad when i get there , because i had a surgery few days ago , and i was under painkillers.by r bkApril 30, 2017
