  Awful waiting times, 2-4 weeks to see my allocated Doctor. Sophie the receptionist should have 5 stars as she is excellent, however the other staff are exhausting and constantly making errors. I have waited 90 mins for a scheduled appointment to then be told "you didn't appear on the system, sorry you'll have to wait til surgery close". I have a repeat prescription which magically disappears at random. I have had to wait 6 weeks for a double appointment to be told by the doctor "this is only a single appointment". I've been refused disability benefit because City Road couldn't get my medical records together. This made me depressed, for which I asked for help. The medical professionals decided my toddler was AT RISK and got social services involved. They decided he wasn't. If I could walk properly I would go to ANY other surgery, it really couldn't be worse.

  The online booking system (now the ONLY way to get an appointment) is awful, you have to fill out forms ( which are fine) and wait to see if you've been deemed worthy of an appointment - only to be told every appointment is fully booked until end of May and to check again closer to that time. I was then sent links to go elsewhere... links are helpful, yes, but this should NOT be something that your local GP does - turning you away and telling you to go elsewhere. It's shameful.
