From reception to the doctor and his colleague, a potentially stressful experience was made very straight forward. The lady who greeted us was friendly and helpful, the doctor was very caring and gentle with our 5 week old son. He was sure to explain everything he did. The doctor also provided very good aftercare advice, providing clear written instructions and a letter for us to provide to our sons GP. The clinic is clean, tidy and well equipped.
