- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪21 December 2016 I telephoned this morning about being an NHS patient with your practice. The reception took ages to answer the phone and was very abrupt and sounded world weary. She could hardly bother to listen to me, said I would have to tell all that to the dentist, fill in a registration form but not between 1 and 2 because you are closed for lunch. Not a very good first impression. So I telephoned Westcombe Park Dental Practice and the receptionist was so, so different. I'm now going to see them. - ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I had to take off work to get the early appointment and get called 20 mins before the appointment to get told that the dentist is sick and wont be coming in.
