  I cannot thank everyone that works at the pdsa in bow enough. The all round service is brilliant. The receptionists are friendly, polite, helpful and efficient. The vets themselves are amazing. My dog can be a little nervous and unsure at the vets but the vets are always brilliant with him and put him at ease. I cant fault the medical treatment they give at all. My dog has had both general check ups and operations with the pdsa at bow. They've always taken great care of him and are brilliant at aftercare appointments. Knowing he's in such kind and professional hands being there also puts me at ease. They're brilliant!! Ive never had to wait long for an appointment. The building itself is modern and very clean both in the waiting areas and treatment rooms. They often have water bowls down for the dogs when its hot. They have a car park that is more than sufficient and offers disabled access into the building.

  Fully appreciate the fact the staff are under pressure , but they should try picking up the phone once in a while. Maybe that way they wont complain when you are forced to turn up with your pet without making an appointment.
