- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪This morning 02/05/2017 I have been on the phone trying to book appointment for a total of one hour and 25 minutes. I ended up putting the phone down and called again. I was holding on listening to a recorded message when someone picked up my call and put the phone down straight away. I am livid.......
