- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Great products, Great Management and Security team, however the cashier Jessica (on cashier 3 on the 29th of September 2017 at 18:46 hrs) is the rudest cashier that I've ever seen. PS. This review can improve from 2/5 stars if staff training is given to Jessica. - What did she do right? She managed to scan my products correctly and take payment also correctly. - What did she do wrong? non-existing meet and greet.. I tried to help her in saying "Hi" (no answer from her), "How's everything going? (also no response from her), asked for the 5p bags (response from her "help yourself"), Where are the 5p bags? same response "help yourself", told her that there are no 5p bags available, only 8p bags, she gave the same response "help yourself". I asked her, "do you have 5p bags?" She answered "no". Basically, very bad attitude, unhelpful, no eye contact when talking to a customer and just presenting a horrible rude behaviour. This is a massive store, other cashiers had 5p bags, however Jessica chose to have this unhelpful behaviour. Jessica, please stop misbehaving, you are not 5 years old anymore.. Spoke to a manager and the manager was great in listening to this complaint and in ensuring that the staff will be spoken to. Great management work.by John M.April 11, 2017
