  I went there a couple of weeks ago to purchase a budgie. Staff were very helpful and informative, offering the best advice and care suggestions for my new pet. The after-sales care service is second to none. The manager was more than happy to return my calls and offer an 100% customer satisfaction guarantee. I was really taken back by how far the team went to accommodate my needs and to make sure that I was a satisfied customer and that I felt valued. Thank you for such a great service. I'll definitely be coming back here in the near future to get more supplies, and maybe even a friend of my current budgie.

  When I used to live in this area I have gone here to buy supplies for my pet. I was upset to see how little was in the cages for the smaller mammals (rabbits, gerbils, etc). They had no shelter to go into to feel safe and they had absolutely no toys or things to engage with. The cage was absolutely empty apart from a small patch of fluff. This is not appropriate and increases the animals' stress levels. A friend of mine asked for recommendations of a good pet shop in this area and I did not direct her to this place. I really do hope that the staff reconsider how they keep their smaller animals.

  Pretty much has everything a Pet Shop has to offer. Including advice accessories fish birds and small mammals and some helpful staff who have been there years
