  Nova has been my main yoga teacher since around 2011, when I began to commit to a regular practice. I love her challenging, creative and heartfelt classes, always sprinkled with humor. So naturally I wanted to train with her when I felt ready to do the 200hr course. So far it has gone way beyond my expectations, and I feel we are all on a profoundly transformational journey. The intimacy of the small group, and Nova's style of nurturing means we have developed a cohesive community of support and friendship. Nova draws on her wide a rich knowledge to deliver a course that goes beyond many other 200hr courses, including in-depth philosophy, history, anatomy, and wonderful adjustments, all integrated through observed teaching practice with personal feedback. I particularly enjoy the freedom she encourages in each of us to develop our own style and specialisms. So grateful to be part of this group!

  Great and inspiring workshop on Yoga adjustments. I recommend it to anyone that wants to get a better understanding of the alignment and adjustment of the poses. Great teacher!

  Nova is a truly teacher - intelligent, experienced and authentic - she speaks from the heart and draws on her wealth of experience on and off the matt to bring ideas to life. The CPD workshops I have done with her have been the perfect balance of informative and inspiring.

  The day began with a challenging Ayurveda based yoga class, priming us nicely for our introduction to Ayurveda in general. After a wonderful lunch in a local Iranian restaurant, we explored how the princilples we were beginning to understand could be incorporated into a yoga practice. With lots of practical experience of cleansing techniques and even essential oil perfume making, a very relaxed informative, accessible and enjoyable experience.
