- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I've been to this surgery on the 24th of March that is the day when I registered with them and I had an appointment around 3pm. I needed a referral for an extraction for the wisdom tooth because it involved local surgery. The doctor who saw me couldn't do it, so he said he will contact the surgeon for their branch from Upminster and after he will call me back to tell me the cost of the process and also when he is available for the extraction. No one called me back even it's almost 2 months later. I also mention I paid £60 pounds for a consultation that lasted 10 minutes and I was promised something that I never got. A phone call. Please consider I have received an email from the practice manager saying he will look into this problem and will be in touch in due course. I had to book flight tickets and did my extraction back home. I'm still waiting for my full refund, it's unacceptable.by Mihaela BotezatuAugust 27, 2017
