- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪In short: fast appointment booking, great service, but long waiting time for an appointment. I called in at 9am, got an appointment for 12pm. I arrived 10mins early but had to wait 50mins for my turn. It would be great to be advised in advance of any delays - I could've just left work much later. The service was great though - I was listened to, checked up, and the follow up actions (relevant tests) have been clear and up to my expectations. Overall: recommended. - ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪This surgery used to be open on Saturdays which was very handy. But unfortunately not any longer. Really difficult to get early morning appointments. Staff at the reception not helpful at all, quite useless actually. A few doctors are nice but others extremelly stingy with referals. Would not recommend.by Ivana BMarch 20, 2017
