- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I phone for an emergency appointment at 8 am and they agreed for 11.10 (ten minute appointment) In main time I phoned someone else just in chance to find someone can treat me as soon as possible, which I find on 9am… just after that I phoned (after 90 minute of booking my appointment) to tell them thank you I can’t attend at 11.10 you can offer it for someone else but I need to book another ordinary appointment. The replay was that is not possible, guess why: because I phoned and I said sorry I can’t attend. The lady she answered me she said I have to give 24 hour notice which is so ridicules for the appointment I got it 90 min ago. And it is up to manager to accept me as new patient, and any way she is on holiday for one week and it is up to her to accept me as a new patent or not.
