  I took a welsh terrier for hand strip for a quoted a price of £80, i normally pay between £55 and 60 max in central london with dog show quality results. When I picked up the dog they charged me £90 instead, in their views, the hair was thicker - despite they had checked it carefully with me before - and 2 groomers were used instead of one - although in the shop there was only one groomer. In any case, i was quoted for a service and not for the time taken - that was very much still 2.5hs as per the initial quote. The shopkeeper should have called me and informed me before, I found her behaviour unprofessional and dishonest and the result was average. We will not be back.

  Outstanding grooming services with highly skilled groomers. The shop has a large selection of high quality pet products, food and toys, with a very friendly and helpful service from knowable staff. I can highly recommend this shop without a doubt.
