  I would say the White woman Pharmacist and 2 other including a Gujarati speaking woman, was way out of line, as my mother wanted to purchase Deep Heat patches, today Friday 4th August 2017 at 10:50am, which her foot clinic specialist wrote down for her, as it's not available on prescription. Doesn't matter she has diabetes, it doesn't harm patients, no need to bully a customer and send her off packing tearful, upset, distressed. It is not for a Pharmacist who serves customers to question what a customer buys, unless they want help or it is a regular customer, who they know for addiction etc. Will be taking this further, as it's what one calls gross misconduct, sheer evil behaviour, when my mother was clearly showing her foot and tell the Gujarati speaking woman why she wants to buy it. But sent her packing.
