- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Fantastic class as the teacher has a unique knowledge of the human body. Galina is also an Osteopath and has been teaching Pilates for 8 years. The classes are not large 8-10 but she also does 1:1 sessions and assesses each client before placing them in a class. Everyone feels welcome and the other people in the class are like good friends and thats due to the location, the teacher and the atmosphere.
